Long time no see!

Well it is late here and I am exhausted but I wanted to say I have not dropped off the face of this planet and I will be back soon with my workout schedule and what I have been doing.

Tomorrows' lunch is packed and this is what I have

Snack - Apple Sauce - 1/2 cup

Lunch
-Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
-Apple Slices
-Pudding
-Iced Tea
